8 way to be happy always
Happiness is a state, not a feature; in other words, it isn’t a long-lasting, permanent feature or personality trait, but a more impermanent,, changeable state. Happiness can be either feeling or showing, meaning that happiness is not necessarily an internal or external experience, but can be both.
There are 8 ways to be happy always
- Smile.
- Grateful.

1. Smile :
It is the most important part of happiness. You smile when you're happy and it will release your brain or mind. We will flee happily.
Ex: try smiling at yourself in the mirror daily morning.
2. grateful :
It is a simple way to boost your mind. And In a recent study, practicing gratitude daily will help you to feel light or good, and hope of happiness.
Ex: saying thank you to good for whatever you have and start a day.
3. Deep breath.
If you are in the tension and your shoulder becomes tight and this is felt by all that you're losing something for that you take a long breath which will help you to calm down yourself.
Ex: student while getting marks or while getting question paper.
4. Exercise:
Exercise is not just for the body. The regular will help to reduce stress, feelings of anxiety, and depression .while boosting self-esteem and happiness.
Ex: start your day by walking or yoga.
5. Get good sleep :
It's very important for a beautiful morning. Because if we sleep well we flee good and your day will be happy. At least 7-8 hours of sleep is important for adults.
EX: keep your bedroom quiet, cool, and dark which will help for good sleep.
6. Keep a journal.
Keeping a journal is a very good habit because it helps you to keep all the records of your thoughts and analyze your feelings and keep your plan on work.
Ex: writing it before sleep is good.
7. Get into nature.
Spending some time in green space will help you to reduce depression and lower blood pressure. Even if you feel happy and feel better in nature. It is said in 2016.
